The DocLine Pricing and Offers
Effective Date: October 20, 2025
Welcome to The DocLine Pricing and Offers page. This page provides transparent details on our self-pay fees, temporary promotions, and related terms, ensuring you understand costs before using our Services. All pricing is subject to our Terms of Service and incorporated therein as binding. For your convenience, this page includes cross-links to our Privacy Policy, Compliance and Accessibility Disclosures, and Limitations and Disclaimers. If you require this information in an alternative format for accessibility, contact docline@thedocline.com.
Pricing Structure
The DocLine operates on a self-pay model only—we do not accept insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or third-party reimbursements. All fees are transparent, displayed prior to booking, and payable at the time of service via secure methods (e.g., credit card). Fees cover virtual consultations with independent Providers for non-emergency conditions like UTI or anxiety, but exclude additional costs such as prescriptions or labs.
- Standard Consultation Fee: Our base fee is subject to market adjustments and detailed during scheduling. For full payment responsibilities, including non-refundability (except for our technical failures), refer to the Financial Consent Form (PDF) and Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
- Taxes and Surcharges: You are responsible for applicable taxes or fees, calculated at checkout.
- Adjustments: Fees may change with notice via email or site updates; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Current Offers and Promotions
All offers are temporary, limited-time promotions designed to introduce our Services. They are subject to availability, eligibility (e.g., new users in FL/VA), and may end without notice. No guarantees of extension—check this page for updates. Participation requires agreement to our full Terms and consents.
- Launch Offer: Our launch offer extends from Nov 1, 2025 to Nov 30, 2025, where our practice is only able to handle a maximum of 100 new patient sign-ups. This offer will conclude after we have reached 100 appointments or the end of the month, whichever is reached first; after 100 patients are reached, patients will be asked to schedule into the next month (December), subject to our discretion. For testing functionality of systems and training staff, while also benefiting patients in their consultations, we are offering $60 introductory pricing for new patient sign-ups. Below are the additional terms and conditions of the offer:
- Eligibility: Limited to first-time users physically located in Florida or Virginia.
- Inclusions: $60 flat fee per consultation, plus access to promotional resources (stretching handbook and newsletter) as described below.
- Exclusions: Not applicable to follow-up visits, prescriptions, or additional services.
- Limitations: Offer subject to our discretion; may be modified or terminated early if capacity is reached or for operational reasons. No rain checks or extensions.
- Consent: By participating, you agree to all terms in our Terms of Service, Financial Consent Form (PDF), and other patient consent forms.
- Included Promotions: The stretching handbook and newsletter provided as part of this offer are for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as such. This promotional material is intended for the consultation patient only, and use outside additionally doesn’t create a patient-doctor relationship, etc.
Caution and Disclaimer Statement
We encourage you to reference the promotional material with caution and at your own risk. These resources are provided as general information and do not establish a doctor-patient relationship or substitute for professional medical advice—consult your Provider for personalized guidance. The patient should talk to a doctor about resources.
- Stretching Handbook: Performing stretches requires a level of self-governance and understanding exceeding the bounds of what is possible with telemedicine. Perform movements slowly, avoid exercises you are uncomfortable with, and stop immediately if you experience pain. This handbook is not tailored to your specific health needs and assumes basic physical capability; discontinue use and seek medical attention if needed.
- Newsletter: Be critical of recipes and ensure allergy avoidance beyond notated allergen lists (e.g., some brands may use different recipes and ingredients unforeseen by newsletter creators). We cannot create a newsletter tailored for each person’s unique needs, so it’s best to use the newsletter as inspiration for your dietary journey. Always verify ingredients and consult a healthcare professional for dietary advice.
For full disclaimers and details, reference our patient consent forms (e.g., Telemedicine Informed Consent Form (PDF)), Terms of Service, and in promotional resources.
Access to Promotional Resources
Access to promotional resources (e.g., stretching handbook, newsletter) is a one-time PDF delivery via email, zip file, or Google Doc. The promotional resources sent are the current version available at the time of your consultation, and we don’t provide continuous access to updated and future versions unless offered in the terms of future promotions. No ongoing support or revisions are implied—use at your discretion.
